At TCRS, we offer a range of services and resources to ensure a comfortable and supportive environment for our clients. From clinical outpatient services to supportive housing services and comprehensive school and community-based education, we strive to create a welcoming and healing atmosphere for all those in our care.
Outpatient Services
A full continuum of outpatient care across our regional service areas, offering licensed, medically-supervised clinics, intensive outpatient programming, evening outpatient groups, and individual counseling.

Impaired Driver Services
The Columbia-Greene Drinking Driver Program serves individuals who have been convicted of DWAI or DWI and who are deemed eligible for participation by the New York State Department of Motor Vehicles.

Greener Pathways Peer Program
A Certified Recovery Peer Advocate (CRPA) is a person with lived experience from substance use issues who has received specialized training and supervision to guide and support others who are experiencing similar substance use issues.

Residential Services
In-house treatment and safe, supportive housing for men, women, and women with children, from the earliest stages of recovery through preparation for a successful return to work, school, and family life.

Prevention Services
Comprehensive school and community-based education designed to support healthy communities and prevent underage drinking, drug abuse, and other risky behaviors.

Family Navigator Services
TCRS' Family Support Navigator Program is aimed to support families as the first point of contact when they are searching for help getting their loved one treatment.
