Mission and History
Twin County Recovery Services Inc. exists to help alleviate the devastating effects of substance use disorder in the communities of Columbia and Greene Counties.
A private, non-profit organization incorporated in 1974, Twin County Recovery Services operates according to NYS Office of Addiction Services and Supports with all programs regulated and licensed by that office.

Board of Directors
Our board represents a cross-section of our community and has a strong interest in our organization and those we serve. The members work hard to ensure long-term sustainability of the organization and oversee that the funds raised directly affect those in need.
